Following a management career in larger organisation, Kevin has created, managed and supported many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across all sectors as mentor,  business adviser and director.

Trained as a Production Engineer, he has professional qualifications and considerable experience in Marketing, Systems and General Management.  Kevin has worked in the engineering, manufacturing and distribution industries and spent 15 years in the IT sector.

For the past ten years he has worked as a Business Mentor and Business Adviser, taking a special interest in business growth strategy, business performance improvement, marketing, team development and the application of new technology.
